hi guys

sorry for the delay, but here -it´s +is the class summary for wendnesday April 2nd.

We started -[to correct] +[by correcting] homework (page 58, exercise 1a and b). Then Jose Luís -[was explaining] +explained the use for the Perfect tense, past perfect and future perfect and we -was practiced it with exercise 1 and 3 -in +on page 59.

Also we learned vocabulary about Human achievements ( exercise 1 and 2a, page 59-colocations):

found: fundar.

defeat:derrotar.

speeches:discursos.

We -[were seeing] +saw about +[the use of] Saxon genitive -[by the time] +[in time expressions]:

a day´s -journing +journey: viaje de un dia

-yerterday +yesterday's news: noticias de ayer.

in 30 -year´s +years' time: en el espacio de 30 días.

-other +another expression: how did he pop the question? . ¿cómo solto la pregunta?

Homework: exercise 1 and 2 - Practice 1, page 146.

Finally we -[was played] +played a game like -scrable +scrabble but with words in groups. It was funny.
